Inactivated noninfectious vaccine.
The effects of hepatitis vaccine on the developing fetus are
unknown. However the theoretical risk to the fetus is low [1], and the vaccine
is considered safe for use during pregnancy [2, 3].
BREAST FEEDING: Compatible [4].
